PSL Kind of Day

It's day 5 in the Coffee Hop.  It has been loads of fun.
My creation for today is a fun little notebook that I am going to use for grocery shopping.  Here is a pic.  This is a side by side pic of the notebook.  The front cover and inside.

I used the super cute stamp and die set from Reverse Confetti which is so cute.  I used some lined papers I had for my little notebook, and created a back out of chipboard, and then used some DP and paper embellishments from Echo Parks Collection called, The Story Of Our Fall.  I punched some holes into the top and added some yarn.  Then to finish it off added some enamel dots and an acorn.

That's it for me today.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.

Coffee ATC

Today is day #4 of the Coffee Hop.  It has been wonderful seeing all the fun projects.

Before I share my creation for today I am going to share a little something that I have had going on in my life.   In January my little Westie, "Rocky" that I had for 14 years passed away, here is a pic of him, for those who didn't see him before on my blog.  I loved him very much and he was like a child to me.  I had a very difficult time with his passing.  He was a very handsome Westie and was so loving and devoted to me, and I to him.  He will always be in my heart and I miss him every day.

And then a few weeks later the Lord arranged for me to meet a lady who had a little Boston Terrier puppy and so I went to meet him.  On his 8 week birthday we brought him home to our house.  He is the new addition to our family.  He has helped me grieve "Rocky"  and love and laugh again.  His name is "Parker".  He is nine months old now and growing so fast.  Here is a pic of him taken a couple months ago.  He is such a cutie.  He was begging for my attention, and yes he did get it.   I love him soooo much already.

So, that brings me to my creation for the hop.  I made a ATC card and used a Boston Terrier stamp.  And a sentiment stamp from Andrea Gomoll.

Yes, I love him more than coffee.  I spritzed the stamped image with some brown ink, then I mounted the stamped Trading Card onto some dark brown and kraft papers, and then used some Gold Inka Gold around the edges of the card.  Love it so much!

So, that's it for me today, I am so glad you stopped by and got to see my precious "Rocky" and new addition "Parker".

Tea Lover

Today is day #3 of the Coffee Hop and I have loved seeing all the wonderful creations uploaded by all the talented crafters in blog land.
Today I have a simple card to share with you.  Every once in a while a piece of cardstock comes along that is strong enough to stand alone and do all the "work",  that is what I felt this does for my next card.  Here is a pic.

This paper is from FabScraps Country Kitchen Collection and this sheet is called, "Tea Lovers".  It is so pretty.  I finished it off with a black ribbon and whala.  All done.

I am so glad you stopped by and have a lovely day.  I am linked up below.

Fall Coffee Cup Sleeve

Today is day #2 of the Fall Coffee Hop and so far it has been loads of fun.
Today I am sharing a Coffee Cup Sleeve that I altered/upcycled.  That is always a fun thing to do.  I really blinged this one up.

So pretty!  I used some pretty navy blue cardstock, then added the pumpkins and leaves, love the sparkle with those.  Then some cute enamel dots.  Can't wait to use it.  Here is a pic below of it on a cute Fall To Go Cup.

Well, that's it for me today, have a lovely time hopping.

Fall Coffee

Can you believe it is Fall!  Oh my, it seems like time just seems to fly faster and faster.   So the always super fun and inspiring Fall Coffee Lovers Hop is starting today.   I have had loads of fun preparing for it.   If you want to join it, I will have the link below.  Here is my pic.

A close up of the flower and die cuts:

I started with a base of a pretty slate blue cardstock, then I added a square of cardstock from Prima's Paintable paper.  This one is called Afternoon Tea, but you can use it for coffee too.  Then I sused my Marker Spritz Tool to spritz some Distress Ink in Tattered Rose on the cardstock.  I die cut some leaves, acorns, and pinecones from my Tattered Lace L"Winter Florals" die.  I added the flower and die cuts, the I added some Inka Gold in Copper all around the edges of the card and to the flower and die cut pieces.  I have to tell you, the touch of Inka Gold is so pretty.  I just love using Inka Gold on my creations for that little extra touch.

I am so glad you stopped by and hope you have a great weekend.

Coloring Outside the Lines

I am a big fan of Power Poppy stamps and when I saw Marcella's Power and Sparklette Challenge for week 3 I just knew I needed to try and find the time to enter.  I also loved it when I read Marcella's comment, "the messier the better", gotta love those times when you just let the color fly.  Ha!
So here is my take on it and I used her digi "Let It Be".  I just love the way it turned out.  I printed it out in the 8x10 size so I had lots of room for the colors to do their thing.

I printed it out on a 8x10 sheet of paper and then spritzed it with water.  Then I added my Brusho's in Red, Brown, Green, Yellow, and Orange.  I then heat set it.  Then I used my Gansai Tambi Starry Colors in Red Gold to add some splatters.  The gold splatters in person really added to that pretty Fall feel I love.  The days when the sun's golden rays fall on the Fall leaves of multiple colors.   For a sentiment of "Let It Be", it is a beautiful blend of colorful chaos.    Here is a close up pic with the gold splatters.

I want to thank Marcella for the lovely digi's she offered us on her site.  As I said, I am a big fan of Power Poppy.   I am so glad you stopped  by and hope you have a lovely day.  God bless you.

STAMPlorations Dogwood Color Page

I hope your doing well.  I am doing a quick and fun post for the coloring page challenge over at STAMPlorations.  Sheri was so generous to give us a page from here beautiful new coloring book, "Blooms" and since I love coloring I thought I would join in the fun.  I will have the link below.  Here is my page.

Close up:

I spritzed the page with a brown Heidi Swapp mist and then used my Distress Ink Markers to color in the flowers.  I used the following colors, Spun Sugar, Aged Mahogany, Spiced Marmalade, and Crushed Olive.  I colored the blooms first with the Spun Sugar and then added darker mauve Aged Mahogany near the center, in the center (pollen area) I used Spiced Marmalade and for the few tiny leaves peeking out I used Crushed Olive.  I added a few dots of clear Stickles to the center of the blooms for some sparkle and wala!  All done.  This page is so lovely, I am going to color several in different ways to use for cards and projects, I just love it.

Thank you Sheri!

And hope you all have a great day.
